Hmmm just another circuit...

 This is an interesting circuit. The output current is taken from the right branch of the circuit. It is highly resistant to Vdd noise. This output current is a constant multiple of the current on the left branch of the circuit, determined by the transistors sizes on the right branch. In the next post, I'll break down how the circuit works and how we can produce supply-independent current sources.
